    TriviaEdit

    • Military author and retired Delta Force Major Dalton Fury was one of the consultants for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.[3]
    • In multiplayer they always face the Spetsnaz.
    • It was seen in several screenshots prior to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3's release that the Delta Force used the emblem of the U.S. Navy SEALs from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 as a placeholder.
    • Their multiplayer announcer is Overlord.
    • All of their missions, excluding "Down the Rabbit Hole", involve riding a helicopter.
    • The Delta Force teams that appear in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 most appear to be named after earth substances, e.g. Granite and Onyx Team.
    • Their spawn and defeat theme can be heard in "Goalpost", while the victory theme can be heard in "Black Tuesday".
    • Interestingly, All Delta Force members are seen with exactly the same names as the supporting members of Task Force 141. This could be an oversight, or it may just be that the members of the 141 were reassigned to Delta Force, with the exceptions of Price and Soap.
    • Delta Force is the only faction that faces the Spetsnaz exclusively in multiplayer, as other factions face various other teams.
    • Delta Force appears in Spec Ops, as most special operations have the player(s) wearing Delta Force outfits that are identical to Frost's, this also applies to Survival Mode, where any player will be wearing Frost's character model. Also, in selected Spec Ops missions, the player is addressed as 'Metal 0-4'. This is Frost'scallsign.
